Are you curious about Reiki? Have you always wanted to try it but don't really understand what it is all about?
During this group Reiki experience, Christy will share what Reiki is, the history of this healing modality and provide an opportunity to experience the powerful yet gentle Reiki energy in a group setting through guided meditation.
Wear something comfortable you can lay down and relax in; and bring a mat, bolster, blanket and anything to feel relaxed during this experience.
