Join Dr. Vera for a candid exploration of the role of anger and self love. Together, let's explore what has been shunned, discounted and rejected about our actual emotions. We will find new ways to be with and honor our experiences of hurt, disappointment and fear of rejection. Let's learn how we can accept and embrace our fears of not deserving care, concern or attention when we have messy reactions.
If this season of life has you feeling hurt or confused, we warmly invite your to join this open-hearted conversation and enjoy some simple body based practices that create safety and support transformation. You are not alone-and you will leave feeling uplifted and encouraged.
Wear something comfortable that you cane move freely in and bring a journal if you want to take some notes.
