Self Nurturing can be described as the willingness to explore, with support and safety, the messy and uncomfortable emotions, judgments, and reactions we experience toward ourselves, others, and life. This also includes regular practices that prioritize and nurture our own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. 

Join Dr. Vera as she teaches us how to regulate our nervous systems. We will learn to notice and more gracefully handle our triggers with confidence and kindness. We will explore how to gently talk to ourselves, and work with our bodies, as well as our minds, when we become frazzled or overwhelmed.
