This month you are invited to come together with others and explore the experience of shame & the journey into acknowledging our resilience.

Brené Brown, (researchers & author), defines shame as a universal human experience of “the intensely painful feeling or experience of believing we are flawed and therefore unworthy of acceptance and belonging.”  We will explore our difficult experiences with self compassion, in a safe and nurturing space. 

So bring your curiosity & willingness and together we will explore the messy and uncomfortable emotions, judgments, and reactions we experience toward ourselves when we feel unlovable, and unworthy of kindness and connection.
