Vulnerability can be described as the willingness to explore, with support and safety, the messy and uncomfortable emotions, judgments, and reactions we experience toward ourselves, others, and life.

Together, we will learn, laugh, feel, and open to new perspectives—developing a deeper awareness of our emotional responses and honoring both our own and others experiences. We will explore simple, effective tools to feel more supported and nourished in this process, while strengthening our ability to meet our own needs in relationship—with ourselves and those around us.
